Calabrese : Aquiles F1 Hybrid (Summer-Autumn) 1 packet A multi-purpose variety, primarily for early sowings and summer cropping, producing smooth, fine-domed heads 60-65 days from transplanting. Overwintered sowings can produce quality heads in late spring. |
Calabrese : Belstar F1 Hybrid 1 packet Excellent flavoured, well domed, small beaded heads of good colour. Keeps in good condition for a long time, producing plenty of side shoots once the centre head is cut. Plant in succession for summer-autumn harvesting. |

A heavy yield of juicy tender stems can be picked from each plant over a 6 week period. The nutty sweet flavour and colour is best utilised in a wok as a stir fry vegetable or as a healthy raw salad ingredient. |
